Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Stardust International collects when you use the contact form on this site, how we use that information, and how you can reach us about it.

What we collect

The contact form asks for your name, organization, email address, an optional country, and the message you choose to send. We only receive what you submit — we do not require any additional personal information to view this site.

How we use it

Submissions are reviewed by principals at Stardust International and used solely to evaluate your inquiry and, where appropriate, to reply. We do not sell, rent, or share contact-form information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Legal and compliance

As a Wyoming-registered company operating under ITAR and the Arms Export Control Act, Stardust International may retain inquiry records as required to meet U.S. Department of State Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) recordkeeping obligations and other applicable legal requirements.

Retention

We keep contact-form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to satisfy the legal and regulatory obligations described above, after which the records are deleted or archived under our internal retention schedule.

Security

Submissions are transmitted over TLS and stored on infrastructure maintained by Stardust International and its service providers. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and you should not submit classified or otherwise controlled information through this form.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you provided through the contact form, subject to any legal retention obligations. To make a request, contact us through the form on the home page.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
